ODRŽAN DRUGI ONLINE KOORDINACIJSKI SASTANAK PROJEKTA TAKE ACTION! BECAUSE, WHO IF NOT YOU?

Održan je drugi koordinacijski sastanak projektnog tima, na kojem su partneri nastavili s redovitom koordinacijom aktivnosti i planiranjem narednih koraka provedbe projekta.

Na sastanku je predstavljen izvještaj o održanom seminaru „Glas koji pokreće promjene – Mladi i demokracija u praksi“, uz razmjenu dojmova i evaluaciju provedenih aktivnosti. Partneri su također razgovarali o organizaciji nadolazećeg seminara u Crnoj Gori, uključujući plan pripreme i ključne operativne korake.

Poseban dio sastanka bio je posvećen planu aktivnosti za naredno razdoblje, odnosno treći mjesec provedbe projekta. Vodeći partner prenio je važne informacije s održanog sastanka s projektnim menadžerom, osiguravajući usklađenost daljnjih aktivnosti s projektnim obvezama.

Također je oformljena komisija za ocjenjivanje radova pristiglih na Javni poziv „Zašto želim da se moj glas čuje“, te je dogovoren termin sastanka komisije na kojem će biti odabrane najbolje kratke priče.

Redovita koordinacija partnera nastavlja se s ciljem kvalitetne i učinkovite provedbe projekta te daljnjeg jačanja sudjelovanja mladih u demokratskim procesima.

Financirano sredstvima Europske unije. Izneseni stavovi i mišljenja isključivo su stavovi autora te ne odražavaju nužno stajališta Europske unije ili Europske komisije. Europska unija niti tijelo koje dodjeljuje sredstva ne mogu se smatrati odgovornima za njih.

SECOND ONLINE PROJECT COORDINATION MEETING HELD

The second coordination meeting of the project team was held, during which partners continued the regular coordination of activities and planning of upcoming project steps.

During the meeting, a report on the seminar “The Voice that Drives Change – Youth and Democracy in Practice” was presented, followed by an exchange of impressions and evaluation of the implemented activities. Partners also discussed the organisation of the upcoming seminar in Montenegro, including the preparation plan and key operational steps.

A dedicated part of the meeting focused on the activity plan for the upcoming period, i.e. the third month of project implementation. The lead partner shared important information from the meeting held with the project manager, ensuring alignment of future activities with project obligations.

In addition, an evaluation committee was established to assess the short stories submitted under the Public Call “Why I Want My Voice to Be Heard.” A meeting of the committee was scheduled to select the best works.

Regular coordination among partners continues with the aim of ensuring high-quality and effective project implementation and further strengthening youth participation in democratic processes.
